Although we would like to fill our coaches every trip, we sacrifice getting more people aboard by promising our pick up route will be an acceptable length. You won't spend many hours on a pick up route simply to maximise our profit. We envisage the pickups would take in the region of 1 hour - though variances may occur. Also unlike most other coach and mini coach operators, we do not do any contracts for home to school transport - so WE have excursions all year round NOT just in school holidays. Hence, WE are here for YOU ALL year round - not just when it's a school holiday and we need to keep our profits up - like some other coach operators!

All monies paid in lieu of your booked EXCURSION are held in a separate account for use in the running of the journey you have booked. This ensures that if the journey has to be cancelled by us, you will receive full reimbursement or another similar journey - the choice is yours (subject to seat availability on your replacement excursion). Usually, the only reason we would cancel an excursion is due to lack of passengers - this is fairly consistent with ALL coach excursion operators. We have never cancelled an excursion for any other reason to date.

We carry full motor insurance and public and employers liability insurance.

Our vehicles are safety inspected by an independent commercial vehicle repair company, this can contribute to YOUR safety...how? The company who conduct our inspections & repairs have no vested interest in doing repairs cheaply...quite the reverse!

We are hoping to be among the best value for money options on the market for ALL OUR journeys - we may not always be the cheapest, but we do try to be. And if at all possible we will price match for a like for like quote with any other LEGAL operator - we can't compete with the ILLEGAL operators throughout the country - and there are MANY of them.

HOW TO ENSURE YOU ARE TRAVELLING WITH A LEGAL BUS/COACH OPERATOR

Does the Limousine/Minibus/Coach/Bus have more than 9 seats?

If it does then next to the tax disc there should be a circular disc, orange, blue, or green with licence number, name and expiry date. The disc is similar in size to a tax disc. This is an indication of the legality of the vehicle you have hired. If there isn't one there you may be travelling with an unlicenced operator and their insurance may be invalid in the event of an accident. These discs are issued as part of the licencing system of the UK and are governed by VOSA and the Traffic Commissioner. They are testament to the likelihood the coach company are complying with legal and safety issues.
